2 turkey sammies. Chips. Sobe lean drink.

Snack post ride

English muffin and strawberry jam.

Durring 2+ hour bike ride

Bottle of Gatorade. Bottle of accelerade. 1 gel. Half a tiger milk
bar. 1 sportlegs caplet.

Breakfast

Cream of wheat with a little brown sugar. Bella vista coffee.
