I have been eating to much to lately that I am usually done with my food before I remember to take a picture. But stay tuned I will post every so often and be back at it when I am done with all this ironman training.
I started this blog in an effort to be more aware of what I eat and try to improve it. I have tried to do full meal tracking before and I never stick with it so I thought I would try something more visual. I take a picture with my iPhone and post it - easy right. I think so and now I can see what I eat.
