intro

One of my goals lately has been to work on my eating habits. I tend to not cook, not eat and when I do it is very small. Anyway starting a blog strictly about what I eat daily may be the best way for me to keep track since I love to take pictures with my iPhone and I can just post them to track. I'm hoping that it will if nothing else make me more aware of what I am eating and try to improve it... or eat more.
