Albacore tuna flavored with capers, lemon and fresh herbs; green olive tapenade; Laura Chenel goat cheese with Mama Lil's Hungarian Goat Horn pickled peppers.
Lavender Lemonade.

Albacore tuna braised in olive oil and served with escarole, chick peas, lemon, and chili; tossed with linguine and finished with shaved bottarga
